Pinnacles is known for its talus caves, which are caves that are formed by boulders  falling over a trench. I love caves, but I wasn&#8217;t expecting the talus caves to actually be cave like, but when you&#8217;re at the bottom of one, you would never know it wasn&#8217;t a normal cave.  Also, I was talking to a guy a couple of weeks later about it and he said he never goes into the caves because all he can think about is an earthquake shaking all those boulders loose.  I had never thought about that.
