I have a real love hate thing going on with Houston. It’s definitely a dynamic town with tons of stuff going on at any given time. They have good food, tons of shows, and art, and museums, and outdoorsy stuff to do. However, it’s just a giant, sprawling city with traffic as far as the eye can see. This time we stayed at a Thousand Trails west of the city. It was a pretty place with hundreds of deer just chillin’ in the field next to us. We pretty much only went to Houston to hit up RadioTave, but I also got some award winning BBQ at Truth and went back to that Cidercade place that I liked so much. All in all it was a nice visit to a place I don’t really care for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
