I’ve probably spend a tenth of my life in FL, but until we started traveling a couple of years ago, I had never been to a National Park in Florida. We decided to check out South Florida to do just that (and eat some Cuban food). This is mostly from Biscayne NP and Everglades NP. I’d love to go back to Biscayne and do some fishing. They had piers set up with rod holders and fish cleaning stations. I also snorkeled and saw hundreds of delicious looking fish. I didn’t think I’d care for Everglades since I’ve lived in a swamp for the last 16 years, but I ended up loving it. The highlight was definitely the 17′ crocodile that was relaxing at the boat ramp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
